NICHIYU Syaryou Co., Ltd. began as a small auto body shop in 1937. At the time, there were not many automobiles in the market, and who would have predicted the current automobile society?

When we established this auto body shop, we predicted the arrival of the car society in the future.... About 75 years later, as we entered the 21st century, NICHIYU Syaryou will contribute to the logistics revolution of the future with an eye on the century.

History

沿革

1937年7月	東京都文京区に一般自動車の修理を目的とし、名取自動車整備工業の名義にて個人営業を開始する。
1938年4月	横須賀海軍航空廠指定工場の指定を受ける。
1946年11月	一般自動車の修理を目的とし、合資会社名取自動車工場を設立する。
1946年5月	東京陸運局認証自動車分解整備工場となる。（認証番号１－５０）
1952年8月	日本輸送機株式会社より同社東京整備工場の指定を受ける。
1958年11月	昭和１３年　４月　横須賀海軍航空廠指定工場の指定を受ける。
1960年6月	日輸車輌株式会社と商号を変更し、営業部を設け各種運搬機械及びこれ　に伴う諸機械の販売を開始する。
1963年2月	埼玉県蕨市に埼玉工場を新設、操業を開始する。
1970年8月	埼玉工場内に蕨営業所を併設する。
1976年7月	埼玉県川越市に川越営業所を開設する。
1979年8月	労働大臣登録フォークリフト検査業者となる。（登録番号労３４号）
1988年4月	資本金を３，０００万円とする。
1990年3月	東京都豊島区に本社を移転する。東京都板橋区に板橋営業所を開設する。
1991年12月	蕨営業所を埼玉県戸田市に移設し、戸田営業所と名称を変更する。
1993年12月	埼玉県入間郡三芳町に三芳営業所及び三芳工場を開設する。埼玉県熊谷市に熊谷営業所を開設する。
1995年12月	東京陸運局認証工場を三芳工場に変更する。（認証番号４－４６８５）
1997年12月	埼玉県北足立郡伊奈町に伊奈営業所を開設する。
1998年3月	埼玉県戸田市に本社を移転する。
2002年8月	資本金を６，０００万円とする。
2020年4月	埼玉工場を三芳工場に統合し埼玉西工場を新設
2020年5月	新社屋(3階建)を竣工
2022年5月	三芳町にフォークリフト専用の駐機場を新設
2022年5月	川越営業所(2階建)を建て替え竣工
2022年11月	整備部門にSKILL BOOST CENTERを新設
2023年7月	三芳工場併設、中古車専門整備工場を新設
2023年8月	三芳工場併設、塗装専門工場を新設
2023年9月	三芳工場併設、中古車専門整備工場を新設システム開発事業部及びＲ＆Ｄを新設
