System Development

NICHIYU Syaryou is developing automated warehouses, which are considered a logistics revolution, and unmanned transport systems, but also original systems that meet the needs of our customers. We propose "digital + analog = digilog" systems.

We contribute to everyone with a wide range of systems that anyone can easily use, not only for logistics, but also for mission-critical systems, networks, and even operation monitoring and management.
NICHIYU's systems are customer-oriented to the last detail!

System development is difficult!

That is not true!

NICHIYU's system development begins by listening to the customer's needs, discussing what is needed, what should be done, and what results will be achieved, and then creating a clear picture of the flow of the system. We only create what is necessary at the beginning, and develop the system while continuing discussions with the customer.

System development is expensive!

That is not true!

NICHIYU's systems develops only the necessary elements, and then make additions as we consult with our clients. In the initial quote, we provide an estimated price for each necessary element, and the price remains the same whether we do it or not.
In addition, hardware is purchased directly by the customer, and NICHIYU does not charge an intermediate margin.

System development requires hard work!

That is not true!

NICHIYU's system monitoring service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with no New Year's and Bon holidays. We monitor difficult server monitoring technologies on your behalf. Leave all the difficult things to us.

System Development Case Study

01 Laser Guidance System Development for Unmanned Forklifts

PLATTER Auto

PLATTER Auto, a laser-guided unmanned forklift with a new guidance technology that differs from conventional guided systems, has been developed.
As manpower shortages have become more prominent at production and logistics sites, unmanned forklifts are expected to play an increasingly important role going forward. In addition, the introduction of unmanned forklifts eliminates the need for long-term floor work that was previously required, enabling reductions in construction costs and a shorter construction period.

Automated warehouses tailored to user needs

From small-volume storage to advanced logistics management, we have a wealth of experience and wide variations to meet your needs.
We improve space efficiency while ensuring a high level of safety in our automated warehouses.
We promote systemization with optimal automated warehouse peripheral equipment to store products, parts, etc. in packet units.
In addition to room temperature warehouses, systemization is also available for -30°C frozen warehouses, which was said to be difficult until now. Safe and reliable storage is realized for hazardous material warehouses, and operation can be tailored to customer needs, including explosion-proof systems.

02 Development of a Disaster Information Aggregation System

Develpoment of a disaster information aggregation system

In addition to logistics systems, NICHIYU Syaryou has been building and monitoring the operation of information collection systems for large buildings owned by a major developer.
The system is a comprehensive tool that manages the daily accumulation of information on large commercial and business office buildings in the Kanto, Yokohama, and Nagoya regions, and also functions as a large-scale disaster information management system in the event of an emergency, allowing for the early and comprehensive collection and management of damage information and the collection of staff safety information. The system is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Server security monitoring

NICHIYU Syaryou also monitors servers for major companies. Server attacks, both large and small in scale, are recently becoming increasingly intense. Japanese servers are easy targets for attacks, and we have dedicated staff to respond flexibly to attacks from overseas. We also provide security training for employees as a consultation service for guarding corporate information.

03 Building a Disaster Information Aggregation System

NICHIYU is aiming to build a safety support system

NICHIYU has started to develop its own safety support system in order to reduce to zero the number of forklift-related accidents that occur daily.
Accidents inevitably occur in warehouses where people and forklifts come and go. No matter how careful everyone is, human error is bound to occur.
We have developed an alert system that prevents potential accidents from occurring by converting data on the human state of mind and heartbeat, a camera-based operation management system using wireless lines, and an accident-avoidance system that combines sensors and AI.

NICHIYU's unique system ideas originate from play

The System Development Room is a newly established development room at NICHIYU Syaryou. It is a system development room where employees who are interested in systems, digital, devices, etc. can freely participate.
If they want to make something or experiment with it, we provide support immediately. If they want to try to disassemble a clock after giving up as a child in fear of their parents, they can take on the challenge with seriousness. Or, other employees may want to build a server from their interest in gaming servers. We encourage inspirations from play, knowledge and insight to devise ideas. Surprisingly, good ideas come from play, and some system devices have already been developed for commercialization.
